GUEST RELATION OFFICER ( MANDARIN SPEAKER )
- Minimum Diploma of BAchelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related field.
- Excellent experience in Front Office or Guest Relations in a 4 or 5-star hotel is preferred.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and service-oriented.
- Able to work in shift, including weekends and public holidays.
